The Situation

A fast-growing property investment business with a founder doing everything herself. Strong deal flow, a growing team, and no infrastructure to keep pace. Social media leads were disappearing into inboxes. The team had no shared system. Every client interaction was manual.

What We Built

I mapped every process from a social media comment to a completed investor pack, then automated the whole sequence. A potential investor who comments on a post now moves through a fully automated pipeline and receives a professionally designed pack with no manual effort required.

In parallel: a Notion workspace for the full team, custom GPTs for SOPs and client communications, and an AI chatbot handling initial website enquiries.

What my experience
means for you

When you work with me, you get someone who has been inside hundreds of small businesses. Not observing from the outside and handing over a framework, but actually in the room, understanding what is working, what needs to change, and what to do about it.

I have spent 27 years coaching, training, and building businesses. I have assessed and approved small business grants, developed enterprise support programmes, and run my own companies. I know what a business looks like when it is held together with good intentions and not much else, and I know what it takes to fix it.

A few years ago I moved my family to Koh Samui. Not because the business was failing, but because it did not have to be based anywhere it did not want to be. That is what good systems and clear thinking make possible.
