The Situation

A fast-growing property investment business with a founder doing everything herself. Strong deal flow, a growing team, and no infrastructure to keep pace. Social media leads were disappearing into inboxes. The team had no shared system. Every client interaction was manual.

What We Built

I mapped every process from a social media comment to a completed investor pack, then automated the whole sequence. A potential investor who comments on a post now moves through a fully automated pipeline and receives a professionally designed pack with no manual effort required.

In parallel: a Notion workspace for the full team, custom GPTs for SOPs and client communications, and an AI chatbot handling initial website enquiries.

The Training

I ran in-person training sessions in Manchester with the whole team. Not just showing them how it works but making sure they understood why, so they can iterate and improve it themselves.

Hey! I’m Bella, and as a small business owner myself for almost 20 years, I can hand on heart say “I get it” when it comes to how incredible and how tough running your own venture can be.

Over the years, I’ve helped hundreds of business owners step back and get clear on what they actually want from their business, rather than settling for the one that happened while they were busy saying yes to everything.

I’ve done the same in my own business, building it around the life I want and making it possible to move to Koh Samui with my family.
